The Quality Management Department is composed of 20 experienced, skillful, responsible and professional engineers& technician. Based on ISO9001 and ISO13485, Sinnowa has established a strict and complete quality management system, which covers the whole process including product design, development, production, marketing and service. The system adopted advanced facilities, reasonable and efficient QMS and professional staff to ensure that each process (such as the supply of raw materials, production, package and transportation), meets the requirement of relevant standards.
In addition, Sinnowa promotes overall quality management and organizes regular training courses for its employees to make sure that everyone fully understands and follows its QMS and its regulations. Sinnowa fully controls production process about each product to ensure that the qualities of products meet the requirements of design and satisfy the customers’ demands.
